8 Years in an Estranged Marriage

The Story

For eight years, a lawyer husband refuses to acknowledge his wife in public, denying their daughter the simple right to call him Dad. His devotion to a childhood sweetheart takes precedence over his family, causing him to miss crucial moments in his child's life. He even forgives the woman when she hurts the daughter, leaving the mother exhausted and emotionally hollow. She finally decides to leave, taking her daughter and vanishing from his world. He rejects the divorce and launches a frantic, obsessive search, turning everything upside down to find them. Neither the mother nor the daughter will look back at the man who chose another woman over their happiness. The search consumes his life, but the family remains determined to move forward without him.
