A Dare to Kiss My Bad Boy

The Story

Lila faces a humiliating ultimatum when her manipulative cousin forces her into a cruel late-night dare. The popular girl has bullied Lila for months to steal her late grandma’s vintage locket, and now she broadcasts the challenge live to their entire high school. A sixty-second timer starts immediately, demanding that Lila sneak up on Jax, the campus’s most notorious outcast. Jax is a brooding rebel who recently left juvenile detention and now lives in a beat-up trailer near an abandoned auto yard. The rules are simple: Lila must steal a quick kiss from him before the clock runs out. If she fails, she loses the locket forever. The quiet senior is trapped in this suffocating hometown, still reeling from the supposed rejection of her only college scholarship. She has no escape route except this dangerous, public humiliation. The timer ticks down while the whole town watches, leaving Lila with one final, desperate chance to prove her worth against the boy everyone fears.
