A Duke's Daughter Strikes Back: All Episodes

The Story

The Duke of Anjou’s eldest daughter returns to the day her husband received his noble title. Six years earlier, she eloped with Julian, a penniless knight, and gave birth to their daughter on a farmstead. He later became a count, only to reject her and their child, ordering them beaten to death while embracing his widowed sister-in-law, Cecilia. Poisoned blood spills across the carpet as she and Adele die in hatred. Waking up in the past, she sells the farmstead and kneels before her father to admit her mistake. Rumors spread through the royal capital. That night, Julian’s captain of the guard sets fire to the empty farmstead. He does not know that the moment he sends men to silence her, the Church’s records already seal his crimes of bigamy and murdering his wife. The truth is now locked away, waiting to be revealed.
