A Zombie’s Guide to Getting Home

The Story

Anya chooses infection over the apocalypse, hoping to avoid the terror of socializing. The virus leaves her fully conscious but physically helpless, forcing her to rely on her backpack and a desperate need to reach her family. As she travels south, her gentle nature compels her to protect vulnerable survivors. Her path intersects with Zane, a cold human killer, and Leon, a powerful zombie warrior. Mia, a chaotic virologist, joins their ranks, alongside an exceptionally cute zombie dog. These unlikely companions form a strange group to navigate the ruined landscape. Anya’s quest to reunite with her loved ones drives the team forward. They investigate the origins of the outbreak while dealing with the horrors of the new world. The group’s dynamic shifts from survival to camaraderie as they face threats together. Anya’s unique perspective on the zombie experience challenges the expectations of her new companions. The journey becomes a search for truth and connection in a broken society.
