The Story

Cynthia marries John despite her father Richard's strong objections. Following childbirth complications, Richard relocates Cynthia to a superior hospital and demands a divorce. He strictly forbids John and their daughter Serena from seeing her. John raises Serena alone until he is diagnosed with cancer. Serena attempts to seek Cynthia's help but faces repeated blocks. John eventually passes away. Driven by a desire for revenge, Serena accepts a position as a caregiver for Cynthia's son. However, her inherent kindness ultimately prevails over her initial intent for retribution.
