Bizarre antique-powered superhumans

The Story

Li Ergou accidentally gains the ability to converse with antiques, unlocking their superpowers by fulfilling their requests. Gu Meng, daughter of the Gu Group, targets him to locate her missing father, while a secret organization hunts his unique talent. Lu Xueer, a wealthy heiress, falls for Li at first sight, causing her fiancé Ye Shao to sabotage their relationship. After Ye’s father dies, the organization modifies him into a super-strong warrior. Li and Gu grow close, prompting Lu to team up with Ye to trap him. Ye lures Li into a fatal fight and dies. Gu discovers the organization’s professor is her long-lost father, Gu Mingda. Lu repents her actions. At a sea auction, Gu and Li retrieve antiques, but Matsushita Wugen and Gu Mingda attack. Gu Mingda sacrifices himself to save Gu. Li exhausts his lifespan to defeat Matsushita and protect Gu and Lu, collapsing into a coma. The final antique’s power revives him. As they celebrate, a mystery figure watches from the hospital door.
