Black Card Queen

The Story

Maya Jackson perfects a foundation formula for deep skin tones, only for Victoria Vera to steal the invention and frame her for a crime. Maya loses her job, reputation, and custody of her daughter in a single night. Fueled by community support, she launches Black Card Beauty from a food truck bought with her last savings. When Victoria’s thugs destroy the vehicle, the community rebuilds it, while LaShawn’s viral video amplifies their reach. Victoria retaliates with smear campaigns, lawsuits, and threats against Maya’s daughter. Maya counters with lawyer Marcus and Ava, a former R&D director who provides ten years of evidence. She secures a one billion dollar verdict in court. The conflict reaches its peak at the International Beauty Summit, where Maya exposes Victoria’s theft and reveals that her rival products contain carcinogens.
