The Story

Evelyn Howard loses her sight in a staged crash, only to discover her husband Ethan and nanny Christine are plotting to steal her fortune. When her vision returns, she keeps the secret, using her blindness as a shield against their escalating attempts to kill her. They have even swapped her son Leo for an orphan named Justin. With the help of lawyer Leon, Evelyn gathers evidence of their crimes, including a pool trap, poisoned salad, and a villa explosion. She narrowly escapes with the children before returning to the villa to play a deadly game. Using hidden cameras and listening devices, she records every move. When Ethan plans to push her from a rooftop, she links the devices to the building's broadcast system, livestreaming his crimes to the city. The authorities arrest Ethan, Christine, and their accomplice Chloe. Evelyn reclaims her career and children, adopting Justin alongside Leo. She returns to the set and strolls through the garden, having completed her journey from the abyss back to herself.
