Chained to My Rival

The Story

Pyrion, the Sea God's gifted son, and Thalion, the fire demigod born of Hephaestus, have spent three centuries as sworn rivals competing for Olympus' new Thirteenth God Seat. Pyrion’s constant provocations mask a deep, hidden love for Thalion, but the fire demigod misinterprets every gesture as a pursuit of his beloved sister, Lyra. This misunderstanding drives them further apart until their rivalry spirals out of control. Zeus binds them with the Chain of Destiny, ordering them to live, train, and merge their opposing powers. Forced to face each other day and night, the tension shifts as misunderstandings unravel. Hidden feelings finally surface, transforming their long-standing conflict into an unexpected romance. The two demigods navigate this forced proximity, discovering that their intense bond stems from centuries of repressed emotion rather than mere competition. Their dynamic evolves from hostile rivalry to a tender connection as they learn to trust one another.
