Now, Dolores, Rachel’s biological daughter, navigates life in poverty while Sara, Molly’s child, lives as a pampered Grant princess. Both girls attend the same prestigious school, where their paths finally cross. Dolores’ strength and kindness immediately catch the attention of Aaron, Rachel’s father and the Grant patriarch. At the same time, Ryan, Sara’s long-time crush, shifts his interest toward Dolores.
