Claimed by Apollo's Son
The Story
Kallisa escapes her father’s brothel sale in ancient Greece, only to be marked by a golden sun sigil after a veiled night with the drugged demigod prince Heron. She gives birth to a son named Lyros, unaware of his true parentage. Disguised as a palace laundress, she conceals two deadly secrets: a secret child and her own infertility. Apollo demands an heir for the city or its light will vanish, and three trials soon expose Kallisa. She refuses to sacrifice Lyros to save herself. The god observes the sun mark on the boy and declares him the heir.
