The Story

Corinne flees her wedding in her gown, only to land in an apartment leasing office alongside Andre due to a landlord's mistake. Their argument over who stays ends with them becoming reluctant roommates. Corinne soon joins a rising ad agency, discovering Andre is her boss. A suspicious colleague spreads rumors about their relationship, prompting Andre to defend her while demanding secrecy. Despite the gossip, they fall in love. When Corinne's ex-fiancé James returns to win her back, she refuses and faces slander at work. Andre initially fails to support her but secretly assigns her a new project.
