Cold Snap, Dead Stock, No Mercy
The Story
A buyer walks away after a crocodile farmer refuses his forty dollar per pound offer. He anticipates the hidden costs of keeping live animals warm, including cold chain logistics and dry ice. When a sudden freeze kills the entire stock, the desperate farmer begs for twenty dollars per pound. The buyer counters with five dollars for the defective remains, leaving the seller with a single choice: accept the final price or face total ruin.
