The Story

Pastry chef Tracy agrees to marry the Duke to rescue her father from bankruptcy, but she quickly discovers his cruel nature and attempts to flee. The driver who intercepts her is the Duke himself, forcing them into a strict contract. He provides funds to save her family, and they agree to pose as a married couple until his thirtieth birthday, when he secures his inheritance. Complications arise when Tracy’s ex-boyfriend reveals himself as the Duke’s cousin. As the deception nears exposure, Tracy finds herself falling in love through the Duke’s constant protection. After overcoming a series of hardships, the couple ultimately lives happily together.
