Doomsday Island

The Story

Ethan Cole spots a catastrophic flood brewing in Milford County while the rest of the town ignores the danger. The former Army engineer discovers that Chairman Harold Cline removed his family from the government compensation program out of personal revenge, leaving Ethan with nothing. He invests his entire fortune into building a fortified compound on high ground, equipping the orange fortress with reinforced concrete walls, advanced security systems, independent power, and massive emergency supplies. When the aging Wolf Creek Dam finally breaks, the resulting flood wipes out the town and renders money worthless. Desperate survivors, including the officials who mocked Ethan, seek shelter at his fortress. He refuses to offer free mercy, establishing strict rules that require protection, food, and resources to be earned. Armed outsiders and corrupt officials fight for control of the remaining supplies. Betrayal and hidden alliances threaten the fragile order inside the walls. Ethan must decide whether his fortress becomes a symbol of revenge or the foundation of a new civilization.
