Dr. Ex-Wife's Revenge

The Story

Olivia, a renowned cardiothoracic surgeon, surrendered her medical career to become a trophy wife in the Crawford household. Six years of silent endurance culminate in public humiliation when her husband, Julian, physically assaults her while their son declares his preference for the mistress, Serena. Heartbroken, Olivia discards her wedding ring and departs with nothing. Her departure captures the attention of Alexander, a mysterious tycoon who is actually the dying patient she rescued on a stormy night years prior. Resuming her practice, Olivia performs a miraculous surgery that shocks the medical world. Julian realizes too late that the woman he discarded heads the Mercer Group, a power that commands respect from Wall Street. While newspapers crown Olivia the Queen of Manhattan, Julian is left to scavenge through the remnants of his failed life. The finality of her departure burns through the ashes of their past, leaving no room for regret or reconciliation.
