A lazy office worker awakens as a worthless koi at the bottom of the monster world. Armed with a Devouring Evolution System and absurd luck, he devours his way from trash fish to dragon. He crushes bloodline snobs and rules the banquet while rewriting the fate of the lake. The former slacker eventually claims the throne for himself. Yet, once the crown is his, he struggles to stop pretending he does not care.
