The Story

Stoic bodyguard Raine treats his new assignment with lethal intensity. His charge, spirited heiress Victoria, finds her college life upended by a man who views football practice as a combat drill and social galas as counterterror operations. Raine’s tactical expertise leaves him completely clueless about normal interactions, leading him to handle love letters like dangerous explosives. Victoria struggles to rein in his over-the-top security measures. Meanwhile, his dead-serious declaration that this mission has no expiration date stands out as a clumsy yet heartfelt confession. The clash between his rigid protocols and her vibrant world defines their daily interactions.
