Feeding the Dragon King

The Story

A kitchen fire claims a modern chef, only to deposit her into a dragon kingdom as a human sacrifice. She gains the ability to hear the Dragon King's thoughts and discovers that this cold-hearted ruler will consume nothing but her cooking. While scheming rivals plot to have her killed, she turns the tables on them. She exposes the betrayal that sold her into servitude and steadily rises from a mere tribute to become the queen of the realm.
