The Story

A pure-blooded white dragon opens her eyes at the royal consort selection ceremony, the exact day her half-sister Jean was chosen over her. In a past life, she sacrificed everything to help Igon seize the throne, only for him to sever her wings, steal her child, and kill her with heavenly thunder. Now, she refuses to suffer that fate again. She sneaks into the forbidden depths and claims Cedric, the legendary ancient Golden Dragon, as her mate. Igon gloats as his egg hatches a golden dragon, taunting her that her black egg will produce a lowly creature. When her egg cracks, a rainbow-colored Supreme Saint Dragon emerges, instantly crushing his whelp. With the bet sealed, she raises her blade to sever his wings and rip off his false disguise. Cedric then reveals himself as the undisputed pinnacle of all dragonkind. He chuckles and pulls her closer by the waist, suggesting they try again to save the dragon bloodline.
