Gone Wife

The Story

Evie, the elder twin, dies when her husband's close friend Beatris pushes her car into the water. At the funeral, Jean, her younger sister and a wealthy heiress living abroad, assumes Evie's identity. She creates the illusion that her deceased twin has miraculously returned to life. Driven by grief and a thirst for justice, Jean begins a perilous journey to uncover the truth behind the murder. She seeks to expose the facts and exact revenge on those responsible for her sister's tragic end. The deception allows Jean to operate under the shadow of Evie's memory while investigating the events that led to the fatal accident. Her mission transforms mourning into a calculated pursuit of retribution against the individuals involved in her twin's death.
