He Called It a Prank，I Called It Goodbye: All Episodes

The Story

Avery Ross spends eighteen years as the devoted shadow of Caleb Bennett, only to have him humiliate her at their freshman welcome party. While he pins her down onstage, his new crush dumps a bucket of red paint over her head, and the entire room erupts in laughter. Avery refuses to cry. The next morning, she files her withdrawal papers and walks away without looking back. Driven by pure fury, she dives into a grueling gap year. There, she finds an unexpected anchor in Lucas, a quiet genius aiming for MIT. Her relentless focus transforms her life. She climbs from public humiliation to a 1590 SAT score and secures a letter of acceptance from Columbia. Meanwhile, Caleb’s life collapses under the weight of expulsion, crushing debt, and total ruin. The girl who once served as the punchline now commands the headline.
