Her Leftovers, My Fortune

The Story

Jennie seizes a moment of chaos when wealthy heir Jace hurls a hundred thousand dollars at Joelle in the Capital. She steps in to offer her shoes, socks, and apron in exchange for seven hundred thousand dollars. From that instant, she claims everything Joelle discards, including luxury goods, career opportunities, and study placements. What others cast aside becomes her foundation. Jennie climbs the social ladder using the very items and chances she collects from Joelle’s leftovers. Her fortune grows with every discarded object and opportunity she acquires. The dynamic between the two women defines their paths as Jennie builds her life on what Joelle no longer wants.
