Hollow Ground Revenge

The Story

Mae builds a thriving empire in Greenhollow by sourcing premium free-range eggs from local farmers and supplying upscale New York City restaurants. This venture doubles the income of many growers, but Brenda stirs discontent among the community. An outside con artist named Crystal exploits the group’s greed by falsely promising higher purchase prices. She manipulates the farmers into boycotting Mae, leading to the vandalism and destruction of her business property. Mae publicly exposes Crystal’s fraudulent scheme with solid evidence, yet her rational warnings are ignored by the crowd’s irrational avarice. Realizing she cannot salvage the local partnership, Mae decisively terminates all cooperation with Greenhollow growers. She signs binding supply contracts with reliable suppliers in Clayridge and registers her business as an LLC. This standardized legal foundation supports a stable egg supply. Consequently, Mae secures long-term large-volume orders from elite New York fine-dining establishments. This major upgrade transforms her enterprise, leaving behind the destructive influence of Brenda and the manipulated farmers.
