I Am Immortal

The Story

Taylor returns to her hometown after a decade away, having become the world's wealthiest individual. She arrives for a celebration honoring a global CEO, hoping to confront the family that abandoned her. Her mother suffers under constant abuse, while her sister has been sold off by their brother. The man who betrayed them now works as a low-level employee at the event. When he sees Taylor, he fails to recognize her past self. Instead, he publicly insults her character, calling her a slut in front of the gathered crowd. Taylor watches in silence as he spits venom at the person he once discarded. The atmosphere in the room shifts as the truth about her identity begins to surface. The people who trampled her years ago now stand before the woman they underestimated. The reckoning starts to unfold in the open, with the weight of her new status pressing down on the room.
