I Taught Him to Court a Mate — He Chose Me: All Episodes

The Story

Thea’s doctoral work requires a live specimen, so she teaches a solitary male dragon specific courtship calls and the Flame Dance. The creature instantly demonstrates the move before her, signaling his readiness. A sudden phone call from her mentor reveals the brutal reality of the ritual. It demands the male abduct his chosen mate and lock her in his nest until egg-laying occurs. The danger becomes immediate as claws tear open the roof. He shifts into human form and carries her away. A fever dream pulls Thea back twelve years. She recalls falling from a cable car and being saved by a young ancient dragon. After their bond formed, the dynamic reversed. She imprisoned him instead. Now, she opens the cage door and kneels to propose.
