The Story

Fay Alden shatters her world when she catches boyfriend Daniel cheating, only to learn his father Kent Lippert is the Mafia King. Kent reveals Fay’s true parentage, linking her to mobster Lorenzo Alden, and proposes a marriage between Fay and Daniel to secure her family’s safety. Fay agrees, while Daniel secretly marries her to distract the mafia from his homosexuality. As Fay navigates the criminal underworld, she develops a secret, passionate romance with Kent. Lorenzo, however, plots to use Fay as leverage against Russian syndicate leader Ivan Kozlov. Fay and Ivan begin flirting, which breaks her engagement to Daniel. Fay later realizes Lorenzo and Ivan are conspiring to destroy Kent, with Ivan acting as an undercover cop who wants to keep Fay for himself. Their betrayal sends Kent to prison. Discovering she is pregnant with Kent’s child, Fay uses Daniel’s help to defeat Lorenzo and force Ivan to clear Kent’s name. The couple reunites and marries.
