Lila Elias Fake Arrangement

The Story

Lila Elias, a freelance graphic designer exhausted by family pressure to marry, agrees to a love-at-first-sight arrangement with Elias, a quiet small-town bookstore owner. Elias accepts the deal solely to prevent his ailing grandmother from worrying. The pair begins performing as a perfect couple for the elder’s benefit, turning their transactional pact into a shared performance. As they spend increasing time together, Lila realizes Elias values her for who she is rather than her career or family status. This genuine appreciation shifts their dynamic, leading them to question whether their fabricated marriage could evolve into a real relationship.
