Love Again at 40

The Story

Emily works as a minimum-wage nanny to care for her sick daughter Selene. She suddenly marries Mark Cardmon, her ex-boyfriend, twenty years after he vanished and underwent facial changes following a car accident. Neither partner suspects the other's true identity as they fall in love again. Mark funds Selene's surgery and defends Emily against toxic coworkers. Through these actions, he realizes Emily is his former flame and Selene is his child. The couple navigates this revelation while managing their new relationship and their daughter's health needs. Their path to unity remains uncertain as they confront the past and the present simultaneously.
