The Story

Grace, a bankrupt heiress, lies to Marcus about an abortion to protect him from her financial ruin. Seven years later, a young girl with physical disabilities repeatedly crosses paths with Marcus to secure funds for her mother’s medical care. Marcus initially judges the child for her behavior, unaware that she is the daughter he never knew he had. When the truth finally surfaces, Marcus becomes desperate to reunite with Grace and his child. However, fate offers no solace as Grace’s health rapidly declines. She is dying and beginning to forget him, leaving the family on the brink of separation just as they are finally finding each other.
