The Story

Mark prioritizes his first love Sarah and her son over his own daughter, leaving the child trapped in a scorching car. He ignores his wife Claire’s frantic calls, remaining unaware of the child’s tragic fate. Shockingly, he even considers using the girl as an organ donor for Sarah’s boy. Enraged by his indifference, Claire forces Mark to deliver the news to their daughter himself. Mistaking her ultimatum for an act of kindness, Mark feels deeply moved and decides to make amends. He dresses in her favorite mascot costume and carries her beloved strawberry cake to the designated meeting spot. However, the reality that awaits him upon arrival stands in stark contrast to his expectations. The scene captures the devastating consequences of his neglect and the irreversible damage done to his family before any chance for redemption arrives.
