The Story

Kane, the empire’s most skilled dragon tamer, captures the black dragon Nox and secures a slave collar around his neck. That night, Nox shifts into human form and fastens the identical collar around Kane’s throat. The twin rings trigger a constant exchange, slowly turning Kane into a dragon as Nox becomes more human. Kane eventually realizes the initial encounter was a calculated deception. The two men face a difficult choice between control, betrayal, and desire.
