My Husband Faked His Death

The Story

Jake fakes a three-month skiing disappearance to escape Mia's clinginess, egged on by Lily. Mia uncovers the deception and legally registers him dead, holding a memorial service where she presents hard evidence to force a divorce. Despite her resolve, Jake continues pestering her and fakes another vanishing act. Ryan helps Mia expose this second ruse on-site. The couple then builds a new, happy life together, supported by Ryan's presence as Mia moves forward.
