My Mirror Wolf Parents Loved Me Best

The Story

Neglected by her wolf parents who pour their energy into a sick older sister, little Lily claims a new family lives inside a moon-silver mirror. Her birth parents dismiss these claims as lies and lock her away, failing to see the reality before them. The mirror entities provide the care she lacks at home, offering food and comfort. After one final betrayal, Lily chooses the mirror and vanishes. Years of regret wash over her birth parents as they finally realize the creatures were not monsters but future wolf parents seeking abandoned pups. By the time they grasp the truth, Lily has already found a real home.
