The Story

Nova Kane returns to New Angeles with a single goal: reclaim the city that profited from her fake death. AUREX, the corporation controlling energy and private law, publicly executed her three years ago, framing her as a terrorist after stealing her father’s free-energy network. The execution failed when her mechanical eye ignited during the current surge, causing a city-wide blackout. She survived the fall from a hundred-story tower by crashing into the underground resistance. A device fused to her heart now makes her the Living Key to that stolen network. Hunted across the neon-soaked streets, she teams up with hacker Jax, cybernetic surgeon Mira Chen, and bounty hunter Ryder Cross. Ryder was ordered to capture her, but AUREX also controls his artificial heart. As they fight back, each victory reveals darker truths, including the fact that her brother Leo is alive and has been weaponized.
