New Love After 40

The Story

Emily works as a minimum-wage cleaner to support her sick daughter, Selene. She unexpectedly marries Mark Cardmon, a man who vanished twenty years ago and changed his appearance after a car accident. Neither partner suspects their shared past as they fall in love again. Mark helps Selene secure surgery and defends Emily against toxic coworkers. During these events, he slowly realizes that Emily is his former girlfriend and Selene is his daughter. The couple, now in their 40s, navigates this revelation while attempting to make their marriage work.
