No Escape from Your Heart

The Story

A dying man hunts for a woman bearing a specific birthmark to secure his survival. After accidentally hurting a gentle village girl, he recognizes the mark on her skin and coerces her into marriage, willing to sacrifice her well-being to stay alive. As they spend time together, she uncovers evidence that he has quietly supported her family and chooses to give herself freely to save his life. However, learning the true, selfish reason behind his actions, she escapes in deep anguish. Years pass before they cross paths again. She now lives as a blind mother with a daughter, completely unaware that the man she has grown to love is the same individual who once sought to take her life.
