No More Family Debt

The Story

Dawn refuses to fund another life of destruction. In a previous cycle, she exhausted herself covering her brother’s lavish car purchases and her family’s insatiable greed. Her adoptive mother declared on her deathbed that Dawn was not their real daughter and urged her to die. Now, she awakens on the day her brother demands a five million dollar sports car. Dawn declines to pay. She allows him to scratch the showroom vehicle, smash antique plates, and assault a Michelin chef, ensuring every charge lands on his own name. When the family kneels and begs her to bail them out, Dawn presents her legal household registration. The document confirms her independence. She announces that her name is Dawn and she owes them nothing.
