PAST DUE: A Wife's Reckoning: All Episodes

The Story

Olivia Bennett pawns her late mother’s gold bracelet to fund her husband Trevor Reynolds’s career launch, only to watch him hand the cash to Celeste Vance, a glamorous mistress in pomegranate-red silk. Spotting a bright-orange false eyelash on Trevor’s collar, Olivia remains silent but begins a calculated operation. She trails him through Manhattan and infiltrates the salon where Celeste mocks their marriage. Moving every deed and account into secure legal structures, she outpaces his attempts to flee. The trap closes at their tenth-anniversary dinner. With three plates set and Trevor cornered, Olivia raises a glass to honesty while he clutches a diamond bracelet bought with her mother’s gold. When Trevor believes he has won, the keys fail to turn and the rooms stand empty. The deed is mere paper. From the darkness below, footsteps descend the stairs.
