Reborn to Crush the Fake
The Story
Rhea Shaw collapses in her room on the morning of the college entrance exams, her body failing from severe kidney failure. Discovered as the Shaw family's long-lost biological daughter four years prior, she endures constant neglect and bullying within their wealthy home. Her mother, Lindsey Vale, ignores Rhea's agony and dismisses the collapse as a mere tantrum. Meanwhile, the family focuses entirely on preparing adopted daughter Nora Shaw for the test. Nora locks the door from the outside, sealing Rhea's fate as her condition deteriorates. The family’s indifference stands in stark contrast to Rhea’s critical medical state. She is left alone to face her final days, while Lindsey and Nora prioritize the upcoming examination. The tragic outcome is cemented by Nora’s deliberate action, ensuring Rhea receives no aid. This betrayal marks the end of Rhea’s suffering in the Shaw household, highlighting the extreme cruelty she faced before her death.
