Runaway Mommy: Stop Chasing Me, Mafia Heir

The Story

Anna raises Luca alone after a brief encounter with Vincent, the mafia heir. When the boy faces a life-threatening heart condition, Anna takes a job at the Karen Casino to fund his care. She works directly for Vincent, who remains unaware of their shared child. Don Karen, Vincent’s father, survives a crisis thanks to Luca’s intervention. The elder man notices the striking resemblance between the boy and his son, prompting a DNA test that confirms the paternity. Vincent immediately closes the distance between himself and Anna, falling deeply in love. Sofia, consumed by obsession and jealousy, targets Anna and traps Luca in a storage room until he collapses. Vincent rushes to save his son, uncovering the full truth of their past. He swiftly punishes Sofia for her cruelty and steps in to shield his newly discovered family from further harm.
