Slumdog Soccer Star Millionaire

The Story

Vesper the siren betrays the trust of human Caius, who poisons her and slaughters her tribe. Barely surviving the attack, she hides for three years to restore her lost voice. Disguised, she infiltrates the palace to seek vengeance against the man who destroyed her clan. She ruins his reign and rallies her kin to reclaim the seas. Rather than killing him, she spares his life. She traps him on the shore with everlasting guilt. Finally, she leads her people home to the deep.
