The Story

Leo earns the hospital’s sole cardiothoracic surgery residency through sheer medical competence. Julian, the son of vice-president Arthur, seizes the position through corrupt financial exchanges. Acting as the group’s CEO, Arthur publicly humiliates Leo and his sister Elara within the office. He brutally shreds Leo’s clinical application documents, destroying the months of painstaking work that secured the gifted student’s place.
