Tell Me Not to Love You
The Story
Brie’s insecurities stem from her birth as a servant’s daughter, a fact that haunts her every interaction with the young master, Teddy. They grew up together inside the family home, where her mother served the household, and mutual feelings developed between them during their youth. As adults, Teddy initiates a passionate courtship, yet Brie remains hesitant and withdrawn. She constantly pulls away, weighed down by the perceived gap in their social standing. Teddy works tirelessly to convince her of his sincerity, engaging in repeated conversations to bridge the emotional distance. Despite her ongoing reluctance, Brie eventually breaks her silence. She admits how she truly feels, finally acknowledging the depth of her own affection for the young master.
