The 72-Year-Old Landlord

The Story

A dying widower makes a desperate pact with the devil. Marcus trades his remaining years for a chance at youth, gaining two months of life each time he shocks a woman. He starts by knocking out a boxer, then uses his growing vitality to help tenants escape loan sharks, workplace harassment, and an eight-year cold case. As Marcus mends broken lives, his body reverts to its prime condition. Yet the bargain carries a hidden cost. The contract conceals a darker truth that even Diablo refuses to reveal.
