The Story

Matteo Leone’s world collapses when his sister dies after losing health insurance, driving him to kill the company’s CEO in a violent act of personal vengeance. This murder is merely the opening move in a far larger campaign to expose corrupt health insurance firms that profit from their most vulnerable clients. Operating in the shadows, Matteo stays one step ahead of the police by leaving behind deliberate clues that broadcast his message to the public. His actions transform him into an unexpected hero among the very people the ruthless executive believed he could permanently silence. The former victim’s family member becomes a targeted threat to the industry, using his sister’s tragedy as the catalyst for a relentless pursuit of accountability against the corporate giants who caused her death.
