The Army Underdog Rises

The Story

New recruits in the 72nd Infantry Brigade quickly dismiss quiet Lin as a hopeless failure. He struggles to keep pace on obstacle courses and fumbles basic weapon drills, prompting his squad leader to consider reassigning him to a civilian admin desk. However, no one realizes that this soft-spoken young man has spent years training in secret to honor his late father, a legendary special forces soldier. Lin powers through every brutal pre-dawn drill and stays up late studying dog-eared combat strategy manuals. When a sudden unplanned field exercise emergency catches the unit off guard, he steps up without hesitation to defend his entire squad. His hidden dedication finally surfaces as he proves his worth against the odds, transforming from an underdog into a vital asset for his comrades.
