The Story

Dragons in Greyspine City live under chains, whips, and forced obedience. Aurel Veyr works as a lowly stable hand, but his life changes when a wounded, blind dragon breaks loose before thousands. He calms the beast using nothing but a low whistle. The city immediately asks why a dragon would remember a man who should mean nothing. Forbidden marks begin to reappear, and dragons start turning toward Aurel. A buried truth from five years ago surfaces, threatening to burn Greyspine’s established order to the ground.
