The Awakening of a Desperate Housewife: All Episodes

The Story

Martha devotes thirty years to sustaining her family, managing the household and funding everyone through her bakery while husband Richard pursues his cello career. She raises son Jason and grandson Jackson with quiet endurance. When she finally requests the European trip he promised decades ago, the family mocks her as childish and orders her to stay home. That night, she discovers five first-class tickets to Paris for Richard, Jason’s family, and her sister Valerie. Martha packs their bags, lists the house, and books a one-way flight to Costa Rica. Upon their return, the family finds strangers in their old home. Martha serves divorce papers and refuses to continue serving as their unpaid maid.
