The Betrayed Mermaid

The Story

Lynn Lin saves Ethan Yan from danger, and a deep bond forms between them. She sacrifices her own scales to support his business, even though these pearls constitute her life force. Despite her devotion, Ethan views her only as a replacement, allowing Coral Young to drive a wedge between the couple. Betrayed by his indifference, Lynn reverts to her scaly form yet still risks everything to protect their son. Meanwhile, Coral fakes a pregnancy to force a marriage. Devastated by this final blow, Lynn leaps into the sea, revealing her true Jiaoren form.
